Standard Construction
• Tiny house trailer from Vlemmix (high loader)
• Construction structure: wooden posts 80 – 100 mm
• Insulation: Knauf ECOSE clamp felt or PU foam insulation
• Exterior cladding: brushed spruce wood, ventilated facade
• Interior panelling: poplar plywood and cross laminated timber 18 mm or profiled wood
• Floor: zinc sheet, insulation, OSB 3
• Roof: coated folded sheet metal, rear ventilated
• Windows and entrance door: plastic foil, double glazing, 2 seals
• Floor covering: laminate (suitable for underfloor heating) or wood
• LED lighting (inside and outside)
• Bathroom: sink, toilet and shower or bathtub
• Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with sink, refrigerator, induction hob and extractor hood
• The houses are removable from the trailer

- Electric underfloor heating infrared with wall thermostat
- Air-to-air heat pump air conditioning system, heating/cooling
- Ventilation with heat recovery
- Exterior cladding: Metal or wood-metal
- Separate dry toilet
- Washing machine with dryer
